Shipping

Every piece is made to order — plan on 3–4 weeks from order confirmation to shipment. You'll get a tracking number the day it goes out.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Currently shipping within the US only.

Returns

Since each piece is handmade specifically for your order, I don't accept general returns. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and I'll ship a replacement at no charge.

If the wrong character shows up (my mistake), same policy — I'll fix it fast.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours the piece is likely already in production and cancellation isn't possible.

Damaged in Transit

Every piece is bubble-wrapped, boxed, and insured. If yours shows up damaged, send a photo within 48 hours to xadencraftss@gmail.com and I'll get a replacement started.
