About Caden

Handmade by One Guy in His Garage

I'm Caden. I've been obsessed with horror since I was old enough to sneak into R-rated movies, and I've been working with wood and epoxy resin for about six years now. CadenCrafts is where those two things meet.

Every piece I make starts as a raw walnut slab. I hand-cut it, dry it, sand it, pour the resin, embed the mask, sand it again, polish it, wire the LED backlight, and pack it. Nothing outsourced. Nothing mass-produced.

Why Slabs?

Because a horror figure sitting on a shelf is fine. A horror figure frozen inside black resin, floating between two slabs of walnut, on your wall, backlit — that's a piece of art.

The Process

  1. Source and prep the walnut
  2. Hand-paint the character mask or face
  3. Pour the deep black epoxy resin
  4. Set the mask flush into the resin
  5. Sand and polish to a mirror finish
  6. Install the LED backlight with RGB remote
  7. Wrap, box, ship — with a handwritten thank-you note

Made in the USA. One at a time. Slowly.
